I’m Thomas Heaton, a 27-year-old writer, journalist, food enthusiast and I’m travelling the world.
I have spent the last 18 months working for New Zealand’s leading food publication, Cuisine magazine, and over three years within the Stuff.co.nz stables – New Zealand’s largest news website. With that valuable experience under my belt, I’ve dropped everything to pursue a bit of travel – a soul search, if you will.
While this website was intended to provide my unique take on food, I’ve decided to expand my repertoire. I’m going to talk about my travels and everything else I encounter. Don’t fret however, there will be plenty of other foodie morsels too.
I’m keen to know the stories behind food, the people too, and I’m going to tell you mine.
